I’m am more than excited that you’re part of or considering becoming part of my membership community.

I want to make sure your expectations are met, so here’s a few key things to note, so that together, we can grow your service based business.  

 

WORKING HOURS

My working hours are 10-5pm (BST/GMT) Mon-Fri although this may vary when/if I have other commitments. This means if you post a question directly to me, during those hours, you can expect to receive a reply within 24 hours if it’s a working day (longer if it’s the weekend).

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED IN THE MEMBERSHIP

  • 1-2-1 calls with me
  • Personal responses to your questions via social media messaging (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) or phone
  • Personal responses to your questions via email (please use the Facebook / Slack group to ask questions). Your question is never stupid – if you’re thinking it, someone else will be too or they have in the past.
  • If you feel like you need more personalised attention you can book a Power Hour here

 

YOUR PARTICIPATION

You must take personal responsibility for your own learning, which includes asking for help if you need it.

This membership contains or will deliver all the information you need to grow your business. If anything is unclear you can also ask me questions in our dedicated Facebook / Slack community.

But ultimately the only person who can do the work is YOU.

The key to growth is implementation. You can read everything, but if you don’t implement nothing will change. So if you don’t use the membership materials and/or use the online community to get support, I cannot really be blamed.

 

ASK FOR HELP IF YOU NEED IT

If you find yourself feeling overwhelmed, lost and confused at any point during the membership (it happens!) the only person who can do something about that is YOU. And you can do that by simply letting me know how you’re feeling – and for this I welcome a private email. There’s so much I can do to help. If you don’t let me know I may be unaware there is a problem. I’m really quite rubbish at mind reading.

 

BE KIND

I aim to treat you with kindness and courtesy at all times – and I expect the same in return. If you have a query, I’ll bend over backwards to help you as soon as I possibly can, but please be aware if you are rude or abusive in any way, I reserve the right to withdraw access to the membership resources and online community immediately.

I respect that your time is money and I hope you appreciate mine is too.

 

COPYRIGHT

I invest a considerable amount of time and resources in creating the membership and all its content for you. I respectfully ask that you don’t publicly distribute this content. Please keep it for our own use. Failure to do so will impact on my ability to continue to deliver high-quality training that will add value to your business. Treat these strategies as our secret weapons – after all, you don’t want everyone using them!

Any unauthorised distribution of this content or plagiarism may result in a fine of up to £10,000.
