A Day in the Life of a Virtual Assistant

A day in the life of a Virtual Assistant is one of the hardest things to show or describe, because this journey to become your own boss, as a Virtual Assistant, is one you design and create to suit the life you want. The life you deserve.

My courses give you everything you need to know and do to create that life, but you set your own boundaries, you choose who has the privilege of working with you, you choose what hours you need / want to work and you charge a minimum of £30 an hour.

  • Cancel all alarms (I mean, even if you have kids to get up and dressed you can waltz them to school in your best ‘active’ wear).
  • Forget having to think about what to wear to the office.
  • No more listening to Sandra tell you all about her eight year old son, Rocky Junior’s selfless acts of kindness when he shares stickle bricks with his peers.
  • No more commuting anywhere other than the local Co-op to replace the kid’s lunchbox snacks you’ve eaten.
  • Work from wherever you want. Bed, your lounge, a cafe, a beach, your best mates house while house sitting your best mates Canary. Anywhere.
  • Just make tea for yourself. No more rounds that include Simon who needs his cappuccino stirred clockwise.

I’ve often thought about filming my own day in the life, but it’d just be me sat at my laptop for a few hours, with the odd mad sprint to the loo because I’m almost 50.

This blog is not yet finished because I keep using all my spare time to do stuff just for me… please check back soon!
