Once paid for, they’re yours forever (until I pop off anyway).

Yes, of course. I run an incredibly supportive free Facebook group which I’d welcome you to join. My team and I, and other VAs who are in the same stage of business as you, or once were, are also in there to help.

No. They’re adaptable for all and have been sold numerous times all around the world (excluding Antartica!). In the VA Starter Guide there are some references to UK only bits (like getting insurance and GDPR registration) so you’ll need to do your own research on those issues because I wouldn’t want to mislead you.

VA Starter Guide: I have taken an average from 150 learners and found the average to be around 7 hours. I have included launch plans for 3 days, one week, two weeks and three weeks should you wish to focus on a specific launch date. Or, you can go at your own pace.

Email / Diary Management Course: You’ll be able to read through everything in less than a few hours, then start promoting your new service the next day.

How to Create Packages: It’ll take no time at all to read through. But how long it takes for you to implement is up to you. It could be done in less than a day.

How to Build and Maintain Your Own WordPress Website : Everyone’s learning style is different. It’s really impossible to say how long it could take you so I have included ‘launch schedules’ to help you pace yourself over a long weekend, one week, two weeks, or simply take it as leisurely as you like. 

How to grow your VA business with Associates: You could read it all over a large mug of hot chocolate or, if you’re like me, and are a note taker, you’ll take half a day to read and digest it. Implementation? That’s up to you. Again, if you’re like me you could do it on a weekend. But you take as long as you like.

Everyone has a different way of taking in information and implementing.

Absolutely not. Under law, my whole course is copyrighted. If you reproduce any part of it, whether for financial gain or not, you will be breaking the law and could be fined, by me, up to £500,000.

I have crossed this bridge a couple of times with unethical people and to avoid giving myself any stress I leave it to my solicitors to sort out the legal aspects of reclaiming any loss of income from those who forget that their business reputation is not the only thing at stake.

With constant marketing, audience building and handling enquiries like a boss it will happen. If people aren’t getting clients I’ll often do a ‘search and rescue’ and EVERY time it’s because they’re not marketing and audience building properly, if at all.

Each course / guide is unique. None of the content is duplicated in other courses. 

Yes! The VA Starter Guide comes with a certificate to show you are a CPD Accredited Virtual Assistant. There’s a short quiz at the end of the course, which requires a pass rate of 85% or more. You will be awarded your CPD accredited certificate and 7 CPD points.

Legal experts / lawyers who have an understanding of the VA world are best placed to draw up contracts otherwise they may not be worth the paper they’re written on. I am not legally trained so wouldn’t and couldn’t provide such important documents.

Please do not download contracts from Google as they likely won’t cover our profession and usually do not cover UK laws.

WordPress course: Yes, you will need to purchase a domain name and hosting in addition to the cost of this course – around £30. I guide you through how to do that in the course.

None at all. This course will take you through from start to finish including a glossary of terms so you can learn the jargon. However, if you struggle to learn new technology this may not be for you.

Absolutely not. You do not need to know any coding to complete this course. 

The promised course content is available to you immediately after purchase and all objectives are achievable (as confirmed by the CPD accreditation) when every step of the course is implemented.
