Don’t know your tone of voice yet?
That’s fine – there’s a quick quiz in the course to help you find it.

Also, right, ain’t nothing stopping you using your new skills to offer training AI as a service once you’ve done it for yourself. Is there! Huh?
Train Claude or ChatGPT in just one hour.
Let it be your voice forever.
Worried ChatGPT/Claude will churn out the same posts for every VA? It won’t.
Following my course, you’ll train it, in just 60 minutes, to sound like you – so no one else will have the same posts.
Think people will be able to tell you’ve used AI? They won’t.
Because in this course I’ve created a fun quiz to help you identify your voice, your tone, and your way of saying things with so that everything sounds natural and just like you’d written it yourself (sometimes even better than you could write things yourself because there’s no cringe!).
Using ChatGPT/Claude, properly, removes the element of cringe and fear that we all feel as we embark on our marketing journey as a Virtual Assistant
AI isn’t going to take VAs’ jobs – but you can’t afford to ignore it.
You NEED to know how it works.
Why you shouldn’t be worried about AI as a VA.
AI is not here to replace us. It’s another Y2K situation, where people have been scaremongering because it’s easier than adapting.
Clients have worked with Virtual Assistants for years for us to do things they already know, or could ‘easily’ learn how to do themselves. But they either can’t, won’t or shouldn’t, for a variety of reasons.
The know, like and trust element of marketing (what you need to sell anything) cannot be replaced by AI. But it can be made simpler, easier and open up ideas you may never think of.
Clients will always have a need for real humans they can rely on, not an app that sometimes hallucinates and openly admits ‘ChatGPT/Claude can make mistakes’.
Think of AI as a calculator: no accountant lost their job because calculators came along – but the ones who embraced them stopped wasting hours getting splinters on their abacus.
As a VA, using AI wisely will make you faster, more efficient, and even more profitable. The people who thrive won’t be the ones competing against AI – they’ll be the ones using it as a tool to offer smarter, sharper services.
So instead of worrying about AI replacing you, the better question is: how can you learn to use it so you stand out from every VA who doesn’t?
I prefer to embrace change and see how it can bring something positive.
This course is aimed at aspiring and new Virtual Assistants who appreciate that consistent marketing needs to happen in order for their business to succeed, but struggle with finding their voice, time and knowing how to get it right. This course will not remove work from copywriters because new and aspiring Virtual Assistants aren’t yet in a position to afford the investment in such.
When you are ready to work with a human copywriter I recommend Jo Watson.
